TimeTrack ist
ein Programm zur Zeitnahme in Projekten.
Das laufende Projekt kann jeweils aktiviert werden. Am Tagesende kann
die
aufgelaufene Zeit in ein Logfile (CSV-Format) geschrieben werden. Dies
kann im Verzeichnise Dokumente mit der Nokia PC Suite
leicht synchronisiert werden.
Möglichkeiten des Logfiles:
- Der einfachste Weg: das Log ist ausgeschaltet.
- Der kleine Weg: die akkumulierte Zeit ist
eingeschaltet. Dies ergibt:

21.07.2003;6:34
- Der mittlere Weg: die akkumulierte Zeit ist aus und
alle anderen Projektzeiten sind ausgeschaltet. Nur die Projektzeiten
werden gezählt:

myProject;21.08.2003;04:20;;
otherProject;21.08.2003;02:14;;
In diesem Mode ist es möglich, die Projektzeiten über
den Dialog zu ändern,
z.B. wenn das Tagesende vergessen wurde.
- Der große Weg: die Projektzeiten sind
eingeschaltet. Alle Klicks werden protokolliert durch Start- und
Endezeiten:

Datensatz - die Logs werden gesichert. |
TimeTrack collect your project times
in an easy way.. Activate a project
and the time is running. You may close the program now. There is
no need to keep the thread in background. At the end the accumulated
values
could be saved to a log file. The csv formatted file is located in the
Documents directory section. So it is reachable via the Nokia PC Suite
software.
Log file choices:
- the easiest way: the log is set off.
- the small way: the accumulated time is on. Something
like this:

- the middle way: the accumulated time is off and all
project times are off. The project time are counted.

In this mode it is possible to change the accumulated times for a
project,
e.g. you forgot the finale click at the end of the day.
- the biggest way: the project times are on. All clicks
are locked by start and end times.
